Solar Eclipse Event

A solar eclipse will occur on April 8 beginning at 12:20 and ending at 15:02 with full totality at 13:40-13:44. As the Dallas areas is on the path of totality, the eclipse can be seen by walking right outside of the conference hotel (Hilton Richardson-Dallas). For interested participants, Dann Arce will arrive at the Hilton lobby by 12:00 with eclipse glasses and box lunches. All who register are welcome.

The welcome reception will take place at the Hilton Richardson Dallas (conference hotel) on April 8 from 18:00-20:00.

The conference dinner will take place at Ten50 BBQ on April 9 from 18:00-20:30. Vegetarian,  vegan, and gluten free options will be available. Transportation will be provided from the conference venue to Ten50 and from Ten50 to the conference hotel.
